Our Process
Every project moves through the same six stages. The timeline shifts with scope, but the sequence doesn't — because skipping steps is what causes rework.
1. Consultation
We meet at the site or in the studio, walk the space, and talk through goals, style, budget, and timing. You leave with a written scope and a realistic price range.
2. Field measure
Once the scope is signed off, we take laser measurements of every wall, ceiling, and existing utility. This is the drawing that everything downstream is built from — if it's wrong, the install will be wrong.
3. Design & shop drawings
Our designers produce plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Once you approve the design, we produce shop drawings with every dimension the workshop needs — hinge locations, drawer heights, panel joints.
4. Fabrication
Cabinets are built in South Florida from ¾-inch plywood boxes, with doors and drawer fronts in your specified material. Lead time typically runs four to eight weeks depending on finish and hardware.
5. Finishing
Paint, stain, or veneer is applied in a controlled environment, not on your job site. This is why our finishes hold up in Miami humidity.
6. Installation
Our crew delivers, stages, acclimates, and installs. Most projects install in one to three days. We hand off with a punch walk and a written warranty.
We'll set up a free in-home measure across Miami-Dade and Broward.
